Doom Scrolling So You Don't Have To
Greetings, fellow humans,
It's a grey, foggy, drizzly morning today in West Yorkshire. As I look out my window, there's a vast swathe of mist above the trees yet below the hills, giving the scene a somewhat magical feel. I plan to stay under the duvet with a frothy hot chocolate, reading a good book.

The last Sunday of the month (today) is always my Leisurely Scroll. I share all the media I've enjoyed or found interesting or helpful over the last month.
My choices are eclectic but always representative of my feminist values about ageing alongside my passion for slow living, literature, wellness, travel, nature and psychology. This month, we have 20 online reads, 4 books, 3 podcasts, and 6 films/series.
The Leisurely Scroll is for paid subscribers. I keep 75% of my content free as I'm passionate about social justice. However, as a professional writer, I need to find a balance and earn an income from the words I write, so 25% is under a paywall.
