Something you probably don't know about your nervous system
I didn't either
Dear fellow neurodivergent woman
You already likely know a regulated nervous system makes us feel good, grounded, and safe. It’s also a key indicator for health and longevity in the decades to come.
What you might not know is unstable blood sugar is a leading cause of nervous system dysregulation. It doesn’t matter how much rest, sleep, or meditation we engage in — if blood sugar is repeatedly spiking, it can still wreak havoc in our body and create anxiety, meltdowns, and fatigue.
It can take a while for this to sink in — most of us have never heard blood sugar and nervous system linked before.
My micro-course, Steady, which focuses on stabilising blood sugar, is for the woman who's collapsing when she gets home from work, can't keep on top of the housework, whose executive function vanishes after lunchtime, or is struggling to sleep at night.
It’s a low-demand audio course, suitable for tired minds to engage with easily, specifically targeted for the ND nervous system to bring stable energy and symptom relief. You won’t find it framed this way anywhere else.
When you press play on module one, you’ll hear my voice, talking to you from my little workspace in Cambodia, and we get straight to it. No fluff. No bullshit.
There’s no platform to log into or navigate — all files are sent to your email immediately, and you can press play right from there.
It’s fully digestible in one sitting (just over an hour) if you have the capacity.
Love Hannah xoxo
P.S One of my 1:1 clients, using this same approach:
‘I’ve woken up with a really good amount of energy and cleaned the whole house. My head feels clear. I haven’t felt like this in a long time.’
