Thank you for this! I'm not in a position to do the one-on-one coaching, although it sounds promising, and I wish you and your clients great success. 🙂

I have copied the two key suggestions - the gold - and will work on integrating them. Managing chronic conditions being itself another thing to manage (with cognitive challenges), I know these things need to be step-by-step. Yet these two keys 🔑 🗝 I can use as a way to move into more nuanced strategies.

🔑: stabilise blood sugar. This has been front of mind lately and likely will stay that way into the near future.

🗝: full sensory rest. It might not be a gold key, but on my emoji set, it looks like a key to an old-fashioned wardrobe, which has associations of bedroom, and quiet, dimly-lit rest.

Thank you, again! I hope that by writing it ouy here, I get to put this through memory processing, into the long-term memory. (Probably I need a bit of good sleep to help my hippocampus to do this!)

🙂🙂🙂🙂🔑🗝

Hi Heather. These two keys are good to try to get some symptom relief and a bit of respite, enabling that little bit more energy to move forward more easily. Blood sugar can be stablised within 5-7 days of eating the right foods. Please do let me know how you get on. Also, I'd love to recommend a book for when you have capacity: The Mind/Body prescription by Dr John Sarno. This book was fundamental in my own healing and I use his frameworks (adapter for ND) in the deeper work I do with clients. Thank you 🙏🏽
