Dear reader,
I need to take a break from writing this womensletter because I’m experiencing neurodivergent burnout or a relapse in my CFS/ME symptoms. I’m not sure which; maybe they’re the same thing.
Either way, the end result is the same—struggling to get out of bed, unable to get dressed, difficulty looking at a screen and increased sensitivity to light and noise.
I need to rest and nourish myself.
I’ve paused subscriptions for a month, so you won’t be charged for the time I’m away.
